What is MBTI®?

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® is an instrument for measuring a person’s personality type, which remains constant throughout one’s life. It is designed to help individuals understand themselves by comprehending their natural preferences, strengths, blind spots, motivation and uniqueness.
MBTI® is the most widely used personality instrument in the world today and is undertaken by over 2 million people each year.

Technical information on the research and psychometric properties underlying the instrument are published in many scientific publications.
