TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1.      Fees and Payment ​

The billing process will be under the control of ShellinA* Tuition, who will send an invoice to the client, either at the end of each tutoring session or at the end of each calendar month, whichever has been negotiated by the parent and ShellinA* Tuition in advance.

Payments must be made to ShellinA* within 7 days of the date of the invoice.

The fees will be calculated at a rate agreed in advance between ShellinA* Tuition and the client, based on a one scale and entered onto the time sheets submitted by the Tutor. The Parent shall ensure that each time sheet is checked, signed and dated.

ShellinA* Tuition reserve the right to increase their charge or rates of charge at any time upon giving fair notice.

Payments must be made directly to Shellina Gokal or ShellinA* Tuition.

 

2.      Expenses ​

All expenses (including books and travel) must be agreed with the Tutor in advance.

 

3.      Cancellation policy ​

Both the client and the tutor must notify the other in advance of any holiday commitments they may have; and any changes to the tuition timetable necessary because of illness. An alternative date will be arranged. ShellinA* Tuition requires a 24hour cancellation notification from the client, where if not complied with, the client can be charged for the full tutoring session if they cancel the lesson at short notice. The chargeable cancelled hours with the client will be notified to the client by ShellinA* Tuition.

 

4.      General ​

ShellinA* Tuition reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions. ShellinA* Tuition will, however, notify the Client in writing of any such changes.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by a Director of ShellinA* Tuition, these terms and conditions shall prevail over any other terms of business or conditions put forward by the Client.

No variation or alteration of these terms and conditions shall be made unless approved in writing by a Director of ShellinA* Tuition.

ShellinA* reserves the right to refuse tuition services or cancel the provision of a service to students.

5.      Liability​

ShellinA* Tuition do not accept any liability for any claims by the Client arising out of or related to the carrying out of the tutoring by a Tutor introduced by ShellinA* Tuition.

ShellinA* Tuition cannot be held responsible for students failure.  Students must follow tuition instruction and take and use the advice given by the tutor for possible grade improvements.

6.      Approval ​

Acceptance of our services will be taken to represent agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

 

Timetables and fees may be altered at short notice by ShellinA* Tuition should circumstance demand it.

 

7.      Website use​
